...Why I chose the Morphy Richards 45075: --------------------------------------------------------- It had all the features in my list above, plus it has this neat little basket trick… you get 3, 1 large one that is the length and width of the fryer give or take a few mm plus you get 2 half size baskets. ...The large rectangular basket is great for fish; no need to squash it curves to fit in a round fryer. They just lie neatly side by side stretched out nicely. This basket is a rise and fall one although the little ones aren’t you have to lift those by hand .
