I picked this machine because I wanted a good reliable and simple coffee machine. I loved the idea to have a milk frother and still a compact design. The milk frother works well, but you have to stay close or you'll burn the milk pretty quickly. Now, the coffee part... well it is almost impossible to fill the water tank without spilling water all over the place. It is also almost impossible to fill your cup without spilling coffee all over. the permanent filter must be positioned very precisely, or your coffee will spill while brewing (hot and messy!). The machine traps some water in the lid, so every time you open it to refill the water tank, it spills! Finally, but that's my fault, I should have looked more carefully before buying it, there is no safety timer on this machine, so eventually, you'll end up with burned leftover coffee. Silly me, I thought it would come standard at that price. We've had it for 2 months now, and we are going to buy an other plain, simple coffee maker WITH a timer and a well designed pot, and this is the last thing we're buying from that brand!
