    Good: simple to use, adequate pump power for frothing milk and making crema. Not so good: ugly! Too low with group handle in situ to use decent cups. Plastic insert in group handle fiddly. Initial steam flow is water. Whilst steaming milk, water leaks through group head making things a bit messy.
