I found all the instructions of use easy to follow,so in no time atall I was making my first loaf of bread.It was very tastey,and the product is very easy to clean. It also has a drop down kneeding blade so there is not a large hole in the bottom of the bread,although i will say it doesnt always drop down and even when it does there is still a small hole in the bread,and sometimes it stays in the bread ,but all i have to do is carefully remove it with a non mettalic knife.overall i am very pleased with the preformance of this product.
