Before you start worrying, I chose the cheapest as I am a lousy cook. But it really is simple to use and a delight to wash up (ok, I know, ... ...as well be easy to do, like this is!) – you get the main machine, which is genuinely cool to the touch and stable on the work surface even when kneading – it doesn't walk off the worktop like some food mixers and processors!
