I recently bought the Morphy Richards Steel food processor, as one I needed a new one and two it went with the rest of my chrome gadgets in the kitchen SETTING IT UP I hate complicated fixtures and fittings, but this is great. You simply lift the large processing bowl onto the base and click into position. Once secured you attach the lid which also clicks in. I find this clicking in very handy, I like to know my machine is secure and safe for usage! An excellent, compact and stylish machine that does every type of food prep for you. It slices, Mixes, chops, grates and juices. I was real impressed with its ability to chop anything with ease. It has differnt attachments which are easily interchangeable and easy to clean. It has two speed settings fast and faster and a pulse function which i tend to use the most or i end up with a mush. I have used it for everything my Mrs even makes her cakes in it. It's very easy to use and clean and it's very safe to use to and will not operate unless everything has been clicked back into place. ************************** You pay your money and you get what you pay for. Try blending soup: it will take you half-an-hour clearing up the mess, because the lid is nowhere near water-tight. The rotary switch on the top of the "gherkin" gets clogged with food and you can no longer turn it, especially as there is no way of gripping it. The citrus juicer runs far too fast and sends pulp over a radius of 5 cm.
