Disadvantages: none that ive seen.

...The Morphy Richards 22070 are cordless and don't require batteries (so no more tripping over the wires) I also thought they were good value for money as I paid £70 for them so they are a far bit cheaper than many others I've looked at in the past. Ive tryed a fair few hair straighteners over the last few years and these Morphy Richards 22070 Cordless straighteners are amongst the best I've had. They get hot in just 30 seconds, and they keep hot for up to 4 minutes. If it needs a top up, then pop back the Morphy Richards hair straightener into the charging stand. it has two heat settings for ease of use and the ceramic plates on the 22070 mean a smooth finish and excellent heat distribution every time.... ...We had, until two days ago, a Morphy Richards 4825 breadmaker. It had given stirling results over the past 3 years or so making a least two loaves a week until the heating element went. Looking for a replacement I searched all the usual shops - both online and locally and eventually found the Cookworks XBM1038 in Argos at £23.99. This machine bears an uncanny resemblance to the Morphy Richards 4825 and based on this we went and bought one. On opening the box we found that indeed, with a few exceptions the unit appeared to be a re-badged Morphy Richards. It has a couple of extra functions (called Ultra Fast) over the Morphy Richards 4825 and slight cosmetic changes. A QUICK SCAN OF THE SHELVES IN MY LOCAL SUPERSTORE SHOWED ME THAT LOADS OF DIFFERENT MANUFACTURERS ARE BUILDING ALMOST IDENTICAL MODELS, MANY OFFERING SIMILAR DESIGNS AND EXTRA'S, SO HOW DO YOU CHOOSE? THIS SUPER LITTLE MODEL BY MORPHY RICHARDS GIVES BETTER KNOWN BRANDS A RUN FOR THEIR MONEY. IT'S DESIGN IS SIMILAR TO THOSE IN IT'S CLASS MAKING IT LOOK AND FEEL LIKE A STURDY, RELAIBLE DESIGN. TURN ON THE POWER AND LET BATTLE COMMENCE, VARIABLE SPEED IS AN EXCELLENT BONUS FOR ALL OF THOSE TRICKY LITTLE JOBS THAT YOU HAVE AROUND THE HOUSE. THE EXTRA TOOLS ARE HANDY AND EXTREMELY FUNCTIONAL, EVEN MY TEENAGER LIKES TO GIVE IT A GO TO KEEP THEIR BEDROOM NICE AND CLEAN.
