Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks Official Strategy Guide

Advantages: NICE, GOOD GAME GRAPHICS AND GOOD FIGHTING SKILLS.
Disadvantages: TOO BLOODY FOR A GAME.

.... GAME PLAY. Good game play that is even easy to master as a novice or a starter and also the provision of advanced camera projections make the game play even more exiting. MY THOUGHTS. I think that the MORTAL KOMBAT deception in my own point of view is too bloody for a game and it is not for every body especially kids. It is a game for mature people that know what the beat em up games is all about. Unlike the mortal kombat shaolin monk, the mortal kombat deception could not get its feet in the mission category because its mission does not seem interesting and it has poor camera projections unlike the SHAOLIN MONK version. Advantages: Really, really gory; nice moves and cool fatalities; lots of extras, especially for MK fans.
Disadvantages: Unimpressive visuals; hammy voice acting; can become repetitve; short story.

Advantages: great story, great sound effects
Disadvantages: erm not sure

...before the timer ends, you can make a giant fatality chain that will net you more coins and make you look really cool. While not having character specific fatalities may suck a little, I didn't mind at all. You can still rip off torsos, rip off arms, snap necks, pull out spines, etc. The fighting is superb. The game has more to it though. They've brought back Konquest mode which consists of you playing as Taven, who is the son of the Edenian sorceress I mentioned earlier. Like MK: Shaolin Monks, it's an adventure game where you travel around, beat up groups of bad guys and learn more of the story behind what's going on. It never feels repetitive, it's a ton of fun, and the story kept me hooked. They also added a kart driving game. Oh you heard right.
