Mortgage Express Ltd

I had a remortage with Mortage Express, following my divorce. Firstly i was with another company before Mortage Express took their customers on. This company was more understanding about peoples problems (which nearly everyone has now no matter what their income). As already pointed out in other reviews, yes they DO NOT reply to letters, emails or just in the last week a letter sent by fax. This fax was notifying them of my new address. Over 1 week later and i still have not had a reply as to how much and when i will receive any monies due after they have sold the house following the reppossestion they kindly ordered. As in previous reviews here on Ciao about Mortage Express " THEY ARE MONEY GRABBERS " . They are soon contacting you when you owe them, but can't when you require help or answers, as i said their so called team " don't really know what their job roll is " One other thing i would like to mention is! they state on their letter heads their contact addresses, yet another false statement. I now live within 10 miles of these so called addresses, and after spending 1/2 a day looking for them i found their offices are not even in England, but Ireland So even when you no longer have a mortage with them they can still cost you time aswel as money. The bottom line is;- If Mortage Express treat customers who help to pay their wages in this manner, how do they treat people that don't. 17th. Aug. 2010 Follow up to my review. 3rd. Aug. 2010 i was told by M.E.'s solicitors that they had recieved a cheque from M.E. that day, and to deduct any other monies secured on the mortgage. 2 weeks later i am told by their solicitors that M.E. still have the cheque. To me it seems even M.E.'s solicitors run their business outside the law firms scope, ( a solicitor that can tell lies ) " 2 good firms together i would say " . I have now thretend M.E. with my solicitor ( who will charge costs to them ) to get some sort of result. Think it is a matter of watch this space.
