Advantages: Too Much
Disadvantages: Not too much

What is very important in this board is the multiple FSB and Processor support which are 1333, 1066, 800 MHz and Dual-Core / Quad-core. Advantages: Has many sata ports, has 4 GPU ports, is able to run at 1066mhz
Disadvantages: Ram can only run at 1066 if processor is quad core.
