Some Comments about DG31PR
Advantages: Too Much
Disadvantages: Not too much
What is very important in this board is the multiple FSB and Processor support which are 1333, 1066, 800 MHz and Dual-Core / Quad-core.
Another good thing is the Memory with standard DDR2 SDRAM whose buses are matching with the board buses so in this way the data transfer rate and execution speed becomes very excellent and fast. To get the benefit of DDR2 its good to install memory in pair.
PCI slots are also multiple with GMA 3100 onboard graphics ...

Disadvantages: doesn't support sli technology
The Intel DP45SG Extreme Series motherboard is an awesome motherboard with some nice features .The Intel DP45SG motherboard runs really great when installed with a intel core 2 extreme processor which is good performer and with this 2 you can play games to a higher level if you combine this 2 with a good high range end graphics card . My Technician Chris Simmons at AB & T Systems in Canberra Australia didn't do the installation of the motherboard properly and it failed after 25 months of hard use.
I will finish GIGABYTE products for good.
