Advantages: Too Much
Disadvantages: Not too much

What is very important in this board is the multiple FSB and Processor support which are 1333, 1066, 800 MHz and Dual-Core / Quad-core. Another good thing is the Memory with standard DDR2 SDRAM whose buses are matching with the board buses so in this way the data transfer rate and execution speed becomes very excellent and fast.
