Breast pads
Advantages Keep you dry
Disadvantages Quite big so have to watch what you wear
I decided when i was pregnant that i was going to breast feed and knew nothing about breast pads or pumps, just read in all the baby books that you would need them.
I went to mothercare as you do when your expecting and they were on offer 2 for 1 so i got some. You can get a small box of 40 for £2.50 or 100 for £4.50 which isn't really cheep but they are about the average price. If your thinking of getting some and are expecting its worth getting the bigger boxes cause you go through them quite fast in the begining while your body is getting used to feeding.
The pads themselves are quite comfy they have a breathable sheet on top and plastic on the back to stop the leaks. I used some other brands and they rubbed or leaked but had no probs with these. The only thing i can say is they are quite big so you can't wear a v neck top cause i did and looked down and they were showing.
All in all i would recomed these i think they are one of the best around.

Nobody seems to want to comment, must be the subject! Breast pads, a necessary evil! I used washable ones, they were great! Susie
