I originally bought a huge Graco double buggy for my new arrival and my three year old, but just 3 short months after making this purchase my darling eldest daughter decides she wants to walk everywhere. I got fed up of pushing around this huge thing everywhere just for a tiny baby but didn't fancy splashing out another £100+ for a single buggy.

Then one day I happened to be passing my local mothercare and noticed a gorgeous looking pink buggy in the window. I was amazed to see that it only cost £35!

My initial thought was that for that price it would probably be uncomfortable for the baby, hard work to push, and too low for me (I'm 5"10)like most cheaper models are. So I left it.

In the following weeks I saw so many people pushing this exact buggy. They all seemed to find pushing it around easy so I thought I'd go for it.

It is available in pink like mine and bluey purple too. The prams have three thick stripes of colour on the seat area. The pink version has a cartoon princess at the top and says princess, the other a cat.

It has a metal frame and a handle height of 98cm which is a happy medium and can be used comfortably by both tall and short people! (I tested it on my mum who is short.)

The handles are nice and chunky plastic and are very comfortable to hold. The wheels go the way you want them to and the whole thing is unbelievably light. It folds up easily and really small. The straps are safe and comfortable for baby.

The seat reclines in 4 positions which is useful as your child grows. It is padded and comfortable also. I have tested it on my 3 year old and it didnt seem to be under any more strain than with my three month old! Its an amazing buggy.

The only critisism I'd have is the shopping basket. It can only carry up to two kilograms, so it won't take a mammoth shopping spree! You can hang bags on the handles though. Also the covers are not removable for washing but sponge wash effectively.

It is available at all mothercare and mothercare world stores nationwide and also on line at www.mothercare.com. If you have it delivered they will charge an additional £3.95.

It is guaranteed for 6 months and it is recommended that either after 18 months, or for use with a different baby you take it instore to be reconditioned.

A new version has just been released. It has a black seat with dalmatian print trims, this costs £40 however.

You can also buy a co-ordinating stroller blanket for £10 which I didnt need but couldnt resist!

I highly recommend this buggy. I 've been through loads and this is by far the best and the cheapest.

Hopefully I won't need to start thinking about this kind of thing for a few years yet, but it sounds just the job!

I have seen this buggy everywhere I go. I thought it looked fab. After reading that I might just have to rush out and get a pink one. I've had two boys and at last I have got a litle girl.
