Mothercare Naturak Sponge

....And on the basis that that is the version ciao means i am writing this opinion.

My mother introduced me to this product and she bought it for herself.

Its a very soft natural sponge. Probably made from off cuts of the quite expensive natural sponges you can purchase for adults.
They are mostly a vibrant yellow colour and have large holes all around.
They are also rather stiff when dried fully out but dont let that put you off !
As soon as they touch the water they soak up the fluid and become so soft its amazing. Like washing with a feather ! Better than cottons wool even!

One problem i have with older babies ( not mine at the moment 4 months but my other kids ) is that if it is grabbed off of you successfully it can be easily torn so you do have to watch the little imps ! But seeing as its a product for in the bath where you are always by their side thats no problem.
Regular use will cause the sponge to wear more than other synthetic versions might but the gentle feel is so superior that i dont mind the wear factor.

I wouldnt wash my baby's delicate neck area (where all the posseting gathers) with anything else.

Sorry not totally sure how much they are .. but if memory serves (and usually it doesnt !) they are roughly £2.50, and come in a very light purply packaging. Look in the bath accessories section on mothercare by the bath thermometers :-)
