Advantages low price,pro assist service offered,great customer service
Disadvantages sometimes on hold when calling
I have used several different insurance companies over the years, for one reason or another.I saw the ad on t.v. one night and decided to call just for a quote, but it was so much cheaper I ended up switching the very next morning after I discussed it with my hubby!!We have used our pro assist (roadside help) they get you assistance 24 hours a day/ seven days a week if you have this option. Customer service reps are kind and ready to help in any way.I would never use any other agency now.
