As for the other two motorcars, I went for the cheaper option and ordered the parts from Deflex. First point of call was their internet site. At the time it did not have all the references available so a phone call was necessary. I only had the RS at this point, so I wanted a complete set for this car. The RS1600i is not your average car and most of the set up is specific to this model. It may look like an XR3, XR3I or RS Turbo S1 but the suspension is totally different up front with different size anti-roll bar. Technicalities aside I queried the sales person who was not really sure of his products and for some unknown reason sent me a complete set of Escort mk1 bushes (1960's model). My RS1600i was built in 1983. So another weeks wait before the next set arrived. This time they were the correct ones.
