World Super Bikes

If you are bored with watching paint dry on a sunday afternoon or watching f1 hard to tell which is more exciting then you could do one hell of a lot worse than watching the world superbikes. This is a truley exciting sport with many of the races being won by less than a bikes length which makes for compelling viewing. there are several riders who are competing for the title with others capable of winning one off races so it is not all about just 2 teams which in itself is much better than certain other sports we could mention. I've been watching the WSB on Eurosport for the last 12 months or so, and although a relatively new fan of the sport, I love it. Admittedly, it won't be the same now that Carl Fogarty has decided to retire - let's face it, which other sport are we virtually guaranteed winning?? The excitement is unreal - watching anything up to 30 riders or more tearing aroung a circuit on the sort of bike you can only afford to dream about is something else. If you want some good, clean, sporting entertainment you can't do better than watching World Super Bikes. Both myself and daughter watch the Super bikes whenever it's on and although she's still young she knows all the riders and shouts and screams for her favourite rider, who happens to be Carl Foggarty. Although he is not riding at present because of injury whenever he is riding you can hear a chant of 'Foggy, Foggy, Foggy' from our living room of a weekend.
