First impressions were of pure amazement, the phone has a sleek black ... ...reflective shine. There is silver trim around the edges and hinge(at this point id like to say that the photo above is not of the V3XX ill post pics later). It has a small screen on the front of the case that displays the date, time and menu functions when using voice command via Bluetooth headset.

In the box i got the phone, sim card, charger, USB cable, Software CD, Ear phones and manuals. First impressions were of pure amazement, the phone has a sleek black metal case that is polished to give a deep black reflective shine. There is silver trim around the edges and hinge(at this point id like to say that the photo above is not of the V3XX ill post pics later). It has a small screen on the front of the case that displays the date, time and menu functions when using voice command via Bluetooth headset. On opening the lid you are greeted by a large clear LCD screen and a back lit metal keypad. There are all the buttons you would expect from a phone Plus a few more that take control of the extra function such as Video calling and a music store button.
The V3XX has 2 small cameras that enable you to both take photos and make video calls although they only take up to 1.3 mega pixels the photos still look ok. All photos taken can be transferred to a PC with either the USB cable or Bluetooth, the same applies to music stored on the phone.
One of the main advantages for myself with this phone is the voice recognition software, as I drive around a lot with my job I sometimes have difficulty dialling numbers to call client on, but with the V3XX all you do is press the button on your Bluetooth headset give it a voice command of either digit dial or name dial then say either a name of someone in the phones contact list or read out any number (doesn't have to be in the phone) and the phone will dial it. This little feature is great if you find yourself on the road a lot with numbers that you need to call in your diary or on scraps of paper all you need to do is read them out and your away!
Another impressive feature to the V3XX is the music capability. The handset its self come with an internal memory of about 68MB which is enough to put your favourite album on your phone. But the phone also includes a memory card slot that could take upto 1-2 GB worth of extra memory which would allow you to put a vast number of albums on your phone to listen to while on the move. The best way to listen to the MP3's on the phone is with the headphones that are included they offer a decent quality of sound and also allows you to answer any calls you may have as they have an in built microphone.
One of the major things I am waiting for if MSN messenger functionality. The phone will be able to download and run MSN in the near future which means you can chat to your friends for free with your mobile! Apart from all these features the phone allows you to go online and download videos, watch TV and listen to music some services are charged on top of your monthly fee but quite a few services are free.
The other thing I like about this phone is the PC compatibility, the phone comes with a USB cable and software disc so you can link it to your PC and sync all contacts and calendar entries with Microsoft outlook express. While its linked to your PC you can also add and delete music, picture and videos as well as use your keyboard to send text messages!

Motorola v3xx:
Latest slim and stylish phone. Very popular now everyone nows about it omes in different colours etc. Has good range of features to suit all. The phone is recommended for all any age. Camera is okay not best of all phones. Has very stylish body work. I think it just a remake of v3 really if you look. But only weighs 100g not to bad. So it ould be great for first phone a it on the expensive side.

Good internal memory 50mb can hold you favourite songs and vids. Has bluetooth. Also a us to put songs and vids and pi to you phone or computer. Also has fast downloading. has vibration alert built in. talktime 175 mins but 120 mins video calling and standby time 305 hours.
