OK I know you shouldn't get electronics wet but let's face it, it happens, you put your 'phone down on a table in bar not noticing it's wet, ot someone spills something on it, or you have it in your pocket as I did and get caught in a storm and get soaked through.

First time it happened to my Razr, can't tell you the model number because Motorola don't put the model numbers on them, fair enough it stopped working until it was thoroughly dried out but it was fine, this time though my newish V8 didn't get all that wet and naturally it started malfunctioning but what was most alarming was the damned thing started dissolving, it's made of water soluble materials!!!! The front round the screen started going all crinkly and the rubbery paint on the back (battery cover) just started peeling off - Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If someone can direct me to a mobile that I can plug into my PC and send text messages via the 'phone like I can with the Motorola that isn't made of cardboard or water soluble plastic I'll change to that!

flyingllamas people like you make me realise I can't be bothered with ciao any more, what a moronic comment you make. If you want to know about all the features read the first two reviews or read the instruction book / technical details online somewhere, i'm sure they'll bore you to tears - or otherwise - with details about whether it makes the toast, attracts women to you whatever, to me it's a phone and it's a 'phone that disntegrates when it gets damp, all I want to do is warn people about that, if you want to buy it because of all the snazzy features and its looks then go ahead but don't say you weren't warned. Do you seriously think I give a hoot what you think about my review?????? The whole point of something like ciao is to let people know what isn't printed in the instructions or on the manufacturer's website or in a review in a magazine.
