This is probably the best phone around at present! It may not have the memory that some do but it is the smallest and has one of the widest range of features! The only 2 things I can think of that this phone doesnt have is iMode and Video Recording capability. It has Bluetooth, good camera, 640x480 pixels which is VGA standard. GPRS and WAP, picture messaging. Can play mp3s as ringotones. Handsfree.
The menu is extremely easy to use and the biggest selling point of the phone is how thin it is. It is engineered to the highest quality. Now many other manufacturers such as samsung are copying the phone, I have had a go one one but it just doesnt have the same build quality as this phone. For example, they have plastic rather than metal housing and the kepads arent of a high enough quality they feel cheap. Motorola have got this phone to the highest quality. The keypad is that good that if it is light when the phone is opened then the lights dont come on on the keypad, it had a light sensitivity detector.
The battery life can be one of the only things that lets this phone down but that is only when using GPRS and Bluetooth, when just using it for standard operation i.e. Phone calls and texts it is fine. It lasts for about 3 FULL days so 72 hours. Obviously with time and the longer you have it the battery life will decrease. This phone can now be bought in Tesco for £80 and that is an unbelievable deal. Motorola have brought modern versions out like the V3i and the V3x. They have more features like a camera but they are thicker and dont look as good as this.
The screen on the outside of this phone is good as well, it is a full colour screen and when a button on the side is pressed the camera is displayed through it so that you can take photographs with it shut. You can also change the sound profile of the phone extremely easily using a button on the outside from silent to vibrate etc.. The signal strength on this phone is also of the highest degree, I have never had a problem with it.
Overall this phone is amazing, it has one of the widest range of features around, it is the thinnest around and also has the highest build quality! I would recommend getting silver instead of black, even though it doesnt look as nice it wont scratch anywhere near as easily and will therefore look nicer for longer and in turn increase the re-sale value of it! The only downside to the phone is that the hinge after about 6 months can start to lose its tightness and can wobble a bit. Not too much so it matters but it can be a bit annoying.
REMEMBER £80 FROM TESCO!!!! BUY IT!!!!! ITS A BARGAIN!!!!
