The service centres of the cell are too pathetic, and charge too much for small work. Altough the cell comes with A2DP profile, the sound quality of the bluetooth headset lack in low frequencies. The Bluetooth headset doesn't come with the phone and needs to be bought separately. I used this cell for about 5-6 months and i got too frustrated. In short, this package of Motorola lacks completely with the so called business phones are provided with.
