I received this free with the new Razr2 phone and am really impressed with the quality of sound. Initially I had a perfectly serviceable old BodyGlove ear piece which came with all the usual issues like occasionally dropping out of a call, at times not being heard or not being able to hear and running out of battery quite quickly. I assumed this was the norm!
Comfort The weight is very light (1.14 oz) and, if you have an average head size, sits very comfortably round the back of your head. The ear buds do not go right into your ear but sit just inside. Considering the part that sits over the top of your ear is inflexible, it does not rub at all. The raised buttons on each ear bud make it easy to press the correct button when making/receiving calls. I should say at this point that I have found the headset to be fractionally too large for me which is the only drawback. Every other person I made try this on found it fitted perfectly.
Battery Battery talk time is billed as 6 hours and so far, I cannot disagree. Bearing in mind this headset is also aimed at people listening to music (not just talking on the phone) then 6 hours is excellent. The initial charge took just over 2 hours, I think I used it for longer than 6 hours the first time (listening to music, playing with it and making calls) and the second charge took about 1 ¼ hours.
Making/Receiving calls There is no visible microphone so I was really puzzled (still am, I gather it has something to do with vibrations in the inner ear) how my voice could be heard so clearly by callers. However, it was and the improvement over my last ear piece was amazing. Voice dialling was something I thought was a great gimmick but never used as my phone rarely understood me! With the S9 headset, voice dialling is very easy and works every time. This may have something to do with the phone too. Switching from music to calls is one touch of the button, the headset does the rest.
Music The quality of music in the headset is fantastic. Truly stereo and far better than I thought it could be on a Bluetooth headset. It is also useable with other Bluetooth enabled devices.
What else? In the box as you would expect - headset, manual, pouch, charger and mini cd.

Overall Opinion If the headset fits - wear it! It is amazing, light and comfortable. The drawbacks are that it comes in one size and can get tangled up with long hair (I now have 2 bald spots… but they're worth it).
