It is very easy to use, you can access most of the main stuff from the main screen, if you want to make a call it's only about 3 clicks away.
It looks good you can get in a range of different colours pink, black and silver. It is very small so it fits in your pocket easily, although if it fell out your pocket you probably wouldn't notice it, but it's good looking and it feels good.
I don't throw my phone around that much and i never put it where it might get scratched, or damaged, but so far it hasn't broke or frozen but even if it did freeze you can just flip the screen down then up and it will be back to normal.
Mostly everywhere i go i always have good signal, except from places that don't have that much signal. It's a good simple basic phone which has good signal mostly all of the time.
The battery runs out quite quick i have to charge it up mostly every 2-3 days. When i talk to people it runs down the battery even quicker so after about 10 calls it loses about one out of the three battery bars.
It's excellent value for money i got from the carphone warehouse for £50 on virgin mobile, and even came with £5 credit on already so it basically cost £45, a absolute bargain for a easy to use good quality phone.
It has very few features, it doesn't have bluetooth, mp3 ringtones or a car kit. It does have though a camera, video but you have to download the videos, and two games Hungry Fish and Ope It Out it also has Foto Fun Pack 2, where you make a face.
I would not recommend this to potential buyers, because there is better phones out there like the motorola RAZR V3i and V3x, which both have lots more features.

I have given this phone good 7/10 rating because it is easy to use and small, but has limited features.
