I have found this phone model to be both easy to use and very reliable. I have had no problems with the actual phone although I have had to replace the hands-free set(earphones and mic).
Although you have to navigate in order to find some of the less popular options (eg details about the network you are on) there is a simple menu accessible by the touch of a special button on the phone. This menu has the following options :
Find name(ie people in your phone book you wish to call)
Access internet
Battery meter
Message editor(allows you to write text messages to send to another mobile)
Mute phone
Read messages
Ringer on/off
Received calls
The battery meter is a good feature-with this I have not had to charge my phone every night. This is what I used to have to do, unsure of how much charge remained on the phone.
There are other features on the phone such as games, calculator, and an alarm.
The best feature in my opinion is the FM radio which allows you to listen to the latest news, or music, on those tedious journeys.
The worst feature is undoubtedly the internet access which is just not worth the bother. It is expensive, slow and once you do connect there is not really that much to choose from. If you have internet access at home you should definitely go for the nearest model to this without the internet access.
Physically the phone is both light and strong. It is just the right size(fits into the pocket yet big enough to easily dial numbers). There is nothing wrong with the way it looks either.
There is a 'battery saving mode' which saves power if you are simply leaving the phone on expecting a call, and not using features such as the radio.
On the subject of security there is the option to 'lock' your phone thus preventing others from using it. You also are given the option to restrict your number(there are weirdos out there!)
This phone is definitely worth a look. If you can get it cheaper without the inefficient internet access , go for this version of the phone.

Excellent opinion! I have a WAP phone but don't even know how to use it - doh! The screen is too small anyway - I'd rather have my pc anyday. I don't really think the whole internet on phone thingy is really working is it - its more of a marketing ploy! Nice to see your piccy is up!

Nice op Stuart! Was thinking about getting a new phone as my old one's been around for 2
years and is way past its bed time. Might think seriously about this one as I love the radio idea.
Also didn't realise it was only £40, even better. Keep up the good work, Fiona
