I am not saying this is a bad phone. As far as actual phones go, this is quite good infact but like almost every motorola I have seen or used, its interface is crap. Just writing a text message can lead to lots of navigation of menus, sub menus, sub sub menus and so on. Features are not common and getting to the few feature there are yet again means tones of menu navigation.
