Zovirax cream probably the leading brand in treating cold sores. Its easily applicable and dries up quickly without leaving the skin sticky. You can really notice the difference with this cream although I'm not sure about how fast the cream works when your blisters are at its scab stage. ...lip 3 days ago........I used Compeed for the first time, about an hour after I noticed the usual signs. This particular spot on my lip (dead-centre) is prone to cold sores, and my usual pattern is that after 3 days I'd be at the weeping/sore stage.............5 days to scabbing over, and 3 or 4 more to clear up.
