Oh how it burns!

Advantages: Cleans well, feels like it is really working

...much, but actually the bottle empties quite rapidly- maing this a really expensive oral hygeine routine! So basically you just get a capful, and then swill it around for 30 seconds. Listerine, not very cool

Advantages: Helps prevent plaque
Disadvantages: Smell, taste.

Listerine does have loads of testimonials from dental associations but I prefer other brands of mouthwash. Review of Listerine Cool Citrus Antiseptic Mouthwash

Look for lovely Listerine

Advantages: Healthy teeth and gums fresh breath removes plaque
Disadvantages: Bottle cap sometimes a bit difficult to remove

I'm very happy with all Listerine mouthwash products but lately have only been using the one for healthy gums and teeth lately. It's in a transparent bottle with black bottle cap (difficult at times to remove the cap) the mouthwash itself (the liquid) is green in colour. I have bought the large 500ml-£3.99 the medium 250ml-£2.50 and the small 50ml £0.99 which is a perfect size for your handbag! Its uses are; Strengthening teeth against cavities ...

Review of Listerine Antiseptic Mouthwash Freshmint

Listerine - less of the stinging sensation.

Advantages: Keeps breath fresh, kills bacteria between teeth and gums, helps reducte plaque and tartar.
Disadvantages: Still stings when using it but much milder that the original versions.

...How does it work? ******************* Listerine recommends using the mouthwash at least twice a day - particularly effective after brushing and flossing. Pour about 20ml (2 tablespoonfuls) into a glass tumbler, rinse around the teeth and gums for around 30 seconds, gargle and then spit out.
