Advantages: Fairly easy to apply, nice neat set, did take about 3cm or so off my thighs, let my skin smooth
Disadvantages: Very messy, the clay doesn't smell nice, the bandages are very tight and extremely uncomfortable

A Five Minute Miracle for your Face

Advantages: Easy to put on and take off, leaves skin noticable softer and smoother
Disadvantages: May irritate some poeples skin
