5 Stars Mully Vanilly Review with images 26/09/2009
    User recommends the product

Advantages Advantages Healthy, tasty and so versatile

Disadvantages Disadvantages Not always as available as other flavours

MULLER LIGHT VANILLA YOGURT One product that I always have in my fridge is Muller light Vanilla Yogurt. I do buy flavoured yoghurts but this vanilla is SO versatile, I just can’t manage my low fat diet regime without it. As with the other yoghurts in this range they are fat free and the large 200g tubs contains 100 calories, if you are following Weight Watchers they contain 1.5 points (if you are following No Count/Core/Simply Filling they are free with meals). At the moment Muller lights are available from Tesco, Asda and Sainsburys for the price of 4 for £2. They yoghurts have a good ... more

Disadvantages Disadvantages Not for those who want a really filling afters

When I was in my teens, and still retained some element of 'pester power', I always made my Mum buy Muller Light Vanilla yogurts. She'd bought them once on a whim and I fell in love with them; the perfect way to round off dinner (although I will ward off the temptation to review my Mum's cooking - I'm a good boy like that). Of course, over time, as we try new things and grow out of old routines, I forgot all about them. I was still aware of Muller as a product, but the innocence was lost. I descended into the seductive and fattening world of profiteroles, tiramisu, banoffee pie, New York ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages sugar content :(

I was amazed when I discovered the '12 for £3' offer on the Muller Light yoghurts at Asda a few weeks ago. After filling up the trolley with a variety of flavours, it did not take me long to eat my way through the great tasting treats. One of the last ones I tried was the Vanilla flavour. I must admit, I was quite surprised by what I thought of it! There were only two yoghurts left in the fridge when I went to retrieve my pudding. Did I fancy Vanilla, or Smooth Peach? My 'sweet tooth' was beginning to kick in, so it seemed like a good idea to go for the Vanilla whilst I was in the mood for it ... more

Advantages Advantages Delicious, low calorie, low fat.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Aspartame, can make you feel very full.

I've always been a big fan of yogurts, whether its a plain fruit yogurt, a "bitty" fruit yogurt (though these are my lease favourite), a chocolate yogurt, a desert yogurt, a mousse, and so on (I think you'll be beggining to get the idea now)- I've always loved them, and I cant go two or three days without consuming them. Whenever I see the word NEW plastered over the front of a pot, I just HAVE to try it and plop it in to my trolley, usually much to my mums dissapointment. (She still pays for our shopping, you see). Afew weeks back, wandering around my local Asda, I arrived at the glorious ... more

I was in Morrisons at the weekend (had never actually been there before) and spotted this great deal - buy 6 muller light yogurts and get 6 free. We dont normally eat muller but as we eat at least 10 yogurts between the two of us in a week, we decided this was an offer we couldn't resist. I must admit that I was very impressed with the selection of flavours that they have including: * Rasperry * Strawberry * Cheesecake (I ask you!!) * Toffee * Cherry * Vanilla For goodness sake, a Vanilla yogurt. Thats even weirder than the Cheesecake one!! I didnt know you could get them, and quite frankly ... more
