Advantages Taste great, healthy, good for the brain

Disadvantages Can be expensive

A few years back I rarely got to experience the joys and delights of these yoghurts in a pot, however in the past year or so their reputation has enhanced and more and more people are buying them, meaning the market is increasing.

My favourtie type of yoghurt drink has to be the Muller Vitality range. There are different reasons for this and I will try and be in-depth about them. Firstly they are presented extremely effectively in bright colourfuls colours that catch your eye when making your way through the supermarket. They come in packets of 6 and joined together in a visible view by neatly presented carboard cut of the product. They have a use by date that is of a n acceptable timeframe, usually giving you a good few weeks or so to consume them. Now I tend to drink 1 of these a day so the worry of having them go off very rarely applys to me and I would imagine wouldn't to you either.

The product you buy
A negative point I need to mention about the product is a price. Considering your not actually getting that much yoghurt the cost of around £1.50 to £2 is in my opinion rather dear and expensive, normally putting me off purchasing them. However these days if you shop around at different supermarkets like I do you will find them on offer for a good reduced price, therefore making them a bargain.

An excellent incentive to make you want to buy the yoghurts is how they contain omega 3. This has physiological effects to your body (postive ones of course), the important one you need to be aware of is how it effects your brain. If you aren't happy with how you look after your body just taking 1 of these a day could be a wise choice.

Now onto the taste of them. I have tried 3 different flavours, peach and raspberry being nice but my clear favourite that stands out a lot has to be vanilla. All 3 share the same attributes of being a traditional yoghurt pot drink however the tastes are rather unique and unusual, especially the vanilla which I haven't tasted anywhere else. I recommend to not try and drink these repeatedly at a time though, I have found they become rather sickily if tried, therefore sticking to 1 a day is recommended by me as you avoid getting sick and bored of them and instead maintain the enthusiasm of the delicious flavoured yoghurt.

To conclude I do think you should get in on the new everygrowing market of pot yoghurt drinks. They taste good and can be consumed at random points in the day when they tickle your fancy, it's rare I think to myself "I couldn't have a Muller Vitality Drink right now" as I never turn down the offer of having one. Shop around and try to find them at a good cheap in the sale price, they are worth getting.
