    Advantages Advantages does not require power, portable

    When my son was ready to wean I decided that I would try to make as much of his food myself as possible. At the start of the weaning process, a lot of the recipes that I was following required his food to be pureed completely and I used an electric blender for this purpose. However, as he got older and the recipes changed, a lot of the books spoke of a ‘mouli’ to remove the tough skins on things like peas, sweetcorn and raisons.
