Well this is my review, I’ll keep it honest, and fully honest because I know how annoying it is buying something and realising that it was nothing like the advertisement.

Got the Nitro Tech Hardcore (Vanilla and Chocolate) about 3 months ago. Thought to myself I’m going to be motivated and use it religiously. So I did, for a full month I used it properly, and took it 3 times a day, a single scoop in 4oz of water.
So here are the comments:
Taste – with water it tastes alright, not like your average chocolate milkshake, just very sweet and fake. Milk doesn’t bode so well with it in my opinion just goes warm and thick and sticky.

First reactions were fine, no feeling of throwing up, or loss of appetite.. just a huge impact on the gaseous side of life, it makes you unbelievably gaseous. I read this and thought it can’t be too bad, but it was, thankfully only for a day and from then on it stopped, completely and it was fine.

As for results, I worked out properly so weights, high intensity everyday working different muscle groups each day, and keeping the timings about an hour each day with not a lot of cardiovascular work. Fluid intake was around 2 litres a day and my meals were normal, so not like high protein, or low fat, I just ate as it came.
After 3 days I saw change, and I really do mean I saw change. Arms got bigger along with the chest, as I had hoped, and I thought if this is what it is like now what will I be in 2 weeks.. King Kong??

After the 2 weeks, I was not King Kong thankfully, but there wasn’t a lot of change after about the first 2 weeks. So you do see change very quickly, and its good, boosts your morale, but over time, you have to stick with it to see change, which i admit is very hard! I gained about 4lbs in muscle over the month period I took it (whether this is plain muscle, or water included I don't know!)

Lastly, the one thing most people look for, after stopping at week 4, I stopped working out, and stopped taking the Nitro Tech, as you would imagine things stopped growing. Although I thought I would return back to normal size before I began taking, I didn’t, i stayed relatively big for a few weeks, then started to shrink a bit. But now 2 months on, I have become bigger than I was when I first began.

The tub doesnt last too long, you can work it out by looking at the amounts per serving you require. 32 servings per 2lbs tub, and following my dose it was 3 servings a day (they recommend 6) so it lasted me 11 days give or take.

In conclusion, the product is good, but only if you’re going to continue using it permanently, but with a price tag like what it is, that’s very very difficult. Possibly using this in bursts is a good way to go, and keeping it up with other supplements. So yes it does what it says, maybe not quite 8.4lbs in 2 weeks, but if you do work out properly, you can get close.
