The gsmart mini 2 is a small digi camera, camcorder, and also a pc camera. This camera takes clear pictures when in the right light, and like all camera you have to have a steady hand in order to take blurred free pictures. The camera is very small which you can take anywhere and is not noticeable; it can fit in your shirt pocket and forget it is there, with it having not much weight to it. The one I have is blue in colour, with a silver moon shape band on it. This camera runs through USB, and when linked up to USB you can view the images you have taken on the pc, using the software provided with the camera. You will notice the small view finder at the top left hand corner. This camera also has a LCD panel in which will allow you to view current operating conditions, such as low battery, self timer delay, video clip recording, picture size/number indicators, and delete. The camera also has a macro select dial on the front of the camera which enables you to take close-up pictures or for those distant pictures.

Well depending where you shop you can buy this from around £50, which isnt bad on price at all.
I love this little camera, it does everything it says it does, you have to have a steady hand like you would with any camera, and you need to use this in light rooms or outside, otherwise the picture will come out dark, all in all i really make the most out of using this camera for the use of taking pictures and using it as a webcam. I personally think this is a handy gadget to have around, and especailly with it being so small and light weight, where you can place it anywhere and it wont take up any room. It is easy as one two three to use, all you do is view and click to take any pictures, andinstall the software provided so you can view the images on the computer, this is very easy to use, basically all you do is plug your camera into the USB lead which is also plugged into the USB port of your computer. The software will automatically knwo that your camera is there, and will show you all the images you have stored on your computer. Then you can edit them with using the photoshop software,or delete, and also save to a specific location on your computer. Using it as a webcam is so simple too, you basically use a video conferencing program that will allow you to use your camera as a webcam. All in all i think this camera is alot more than just a camera, (just a pitty it cant make tea < just for you chrisandmark)

Mustek weren't very helpful and I eventually returned the camera to Firebox (who were, extremely) for a full refund.
I'd recommend the camera if you want something small and lightweight to impress your friends - and you plan on mostly taking photos outside. If you want more than snapshots, I'd suggest you look for something a little larger with a flash. ...

Advantages: Inexpensive, light, lovely colour, good pictures Disadvantages: No flash, rechargable by USB only.
A good lightweight camera that fits easily in your pocket or handbag. Can be used as a Digital Camera, Digital Camcorder and PC Camera.
Resolution 1600x1200 by software enhancement), 1280x960 or 640x480. Image Sensor 1.3m pixels CMOS sensor. It has 16MB of Memory and can take up to 110 seconds of video.
There is a LCD status panel to the rear which shows Low Battery warning, self timer delay, video clip recording, Picture size/number indicators ... ...extremeley portable although I found it a bit found to be too light sometimes and easily moved sometimes when taking photographs causing blurred pictures. Software is good but tends to crash sometimes easily on start up and can get annoying when wanting to print out pictures quickly, this may be down to my PC but I noticed another reviewer amentioned this also.
Recharging can be a problem if you are away from home as it is only possible through ...

Advantages: small light high memory capacity movies Disadvantages: poor quality
This little camera packs some juice for its size, you can store loads of images, and even record movies (no sound unfortunatly)... The camera is really tiny, but a downfall is I keep losing it, like right now im ooking around my desk trying to find it... no doubt it'll have fallen down the back again. But seriously, it's very small, so if you're good at losing things, don't buy this! Its the most losable thing I own!
The picture quality is to be ... ...down helps this, and allows you to store more pictures.
This camera isnt for indoor use really, it has no flash, so has to be used in really good light conditions, but for out and about with your friends, just as to mess around with its a perfect way to collect memories.
A good all round camera, and has loads of features for one so small, but downfalls with the picture quality could be addressed. ...

This is a smart little camera, it looks good, its small, and the pictures from it look good, and it records mini-movies, and is a damn good web-cam.
HOWEVER,
- If you move your aim when taking a photo it will blur the picture
-The viewfinder is a tad small and is slightly mis-aligned due to the small size of the camera
-It is totally useless in anything less than dull daylight
-It will wipe all data if you dont charge it within a week
-MY MAJOR ... ...disconnecting it from your pc it will constantly crash on you as you take a picture, and you have to reset to fix it. a frustraating bug to say the least, especially if you dont have a pin handy to press te reset button. It does it to me 6/10 times i take it out with me.
However it is a very good play camera, something to take out with you that you wouldn't mind losing if worst came to worst, or mind getting wet on the log flume for instance ...
