Best buy that I have made in recent years. Keeps the children happy on long car trips, in the caravan, or anywhere else that they may get bored! Nice compact unit, my unit came with a smart black case that everything neatly packs into, this also doubles as the holder for attaching it between the two front seats so that those in the back all get a good view. We also got a car charger, a mains charger (to charge the battery or run the unit from the mains) and leads to connect it to a television making it just a dvd player on your home tv, this works very well. Battery when charged lasts long enough to watch at least 2 dvd's. Also has a remote control and points for 2 headsets should you not want to listen to "The Incredibles" for the 4th time while driving to Scotland!! The TV adapter however is a different story. Unless you are in an area with really strong reception, forget using it as a TV. Even tried pluging unit into our home aerial, did get a picture but not very clearly. Overall this is a really sturdy, compact unit, not sure it was worth paying extra for the TV unit though!
