I have owned this scanner for 8 months and is already faulty. It is quite slow, and when I scan one image I can not scan immediately after another one because the resolution of the colours comes bad. I must switch off the scanner and wait several minutes for the second scan process.
The software that comes with , it is also poor. There is not a satisfactory settings option. It does not give me an option that I can adjust the format and the resolution. I only get 99 px of my scanned images. I purchased this scanner becouse I needed to scan A3 size artworks. I am very dissapointed. ...
