...We were looking for one of these for a long time, and eventually found this on the internet. I checked out a few prices and reviews, after all, we had never heard of "Mustek", but this machine seemed to be highly thought of and well priced. We got it for £179.99, but I forget where from. The dvd player plays everything perfectly. Picture quality is great, and sound is just enough for its size. It comes with an adaptor to plug into the cigarette lighter, and a mains one too. The battery charges quickly, and lasts about 3 hours, plenty of time for a film to play. The best thing however is the fact that it is a widescreen dvd player. The screen is 7 inches wide, and if you think that most dvd's are produced in this format, it makes perfect sense. Some of the cheaper portable players are in 4:3 format. This was a godsend... Advantages: It has an excellent battery life, A quality picture too.

Advantages: Good sound and picture quality, Light and easy to carry, Plays many types of disc

..., in all sorts of positions. I normally have it in the back of the car, between the two front seats, so that all 3 passangers can view the screen with ease. The player also comes with a 'credit card' remote control of an excellent quality, a 12V car adaptor and a rechargeable battery pack. My only slight disappointment is that the battery will only last around 2-2.5 hours, which means that you would not be able to watch all of certain movies (eg. Lord of the Rings). However, I have found few occasions where I have needed the battery pack, becasue of mains and in car adaptors. However, when I have used the battery, it has been adequate to watch at least 1 full movie.
