I moved my email to MyRealBox in February 2002 after my ISP's webmail service started to become really slow. It's a free service run by Novell to test their NetMail product. It provides a fairly straightforward email service which can be accessed via the web, WAP, or through email clients such as Outlook Express (for the techies, you can access your account via IMAP as well as POP).
