I moved my email to MyRealBox in February 2002 after my ISP's webmail service started to become really slow. It's a free service run by Novell to test their NetMail product.

It provides a fairly straightforward email service which can be accessed via the web, WAP, or through email clients such as Outlook Express (for the techies, you can access your account via IMAP as well as POP).

There is a choice of two web-based interfaces, both of which are very easy to navigate. It has all the usual features such as being able to organise your mail into folders, an address book, calendar and so on. It's also pretty fast.

The service has a few drawbacks. You only get a 10Mb mailbox, which limits the amount of mail you can store. Because the site is used to experiment with new versions of NetMail it's sometimes down for new software to be installed. But this does mean it gets some good new features.

On the whole this is one of the best free email services I've used.

10MB is not small for a free web-based email service. Most of the ones out there give 3, 4 or 5MB only.

Welcome to Ciao. Only a H because I think you need a bit more info to get a higher rating from me. If you decide to update let me know and I will re-read. Cheers, Ang.

You've covered the main features of the service well, but you could probably have gone into a little more detail about the interface, layout etc of the site. Nonetheless, a good first opinion.
