I got given this as a christmas present as i am useless at getting anywhere in my car without someone telling me where to go as i just forgot where to go! I was expecting to this little toy to be the nuts, i was just so dissapointed by it.
I will start off with what i liked about this product first. Firstly, although i didn't really need a PDA, it was nice to have one incase i needed to write anything down/store something important as i never have a pen or piece of paper in my car. There are so many different functions with this piece of kit, it is unbelieveable, i won't go into everything as its easily findable on the net, i believe the website is, www.typhoon.de . When i finally got the software working, the voice telling you which way to turn gives you plenty of notice, about 100 yards, and repeats as you get even closer. The map ...

Brilliant little bit of kit just a shame you cant update the maps as myguide dont intend on making any updates on thier website and teleatlas site just doesnt list this product although it uses their maps. If updates were available for this unit it would be perfect i work with people who use tomtom and navman and even a garmin and its just as good and sometimes even picks up addresses that theirs dont even with the outdated maps. I think its good that it comes with the home charger as well as an incar charger while tomtom has to be bought separately if you want to charge the unit away from the car. this being perfect on walks and camping with an electrical hook up. ...
