Advantages Phone received next day from placing order, very helpful on the sales line, good value for money
Disadvantages No bad points to give.

I was told about Mytrendyphone.co.uk from my cousin, who has also taken out an order and is happy with his phone. At first I was a bit iffy but I thought I'd check it out for myself, I needed a new phone, so I thought why not. I spoke to one of the sales staff from Mytrendyphone.co.uk, she was very helpful and polite and knew what she was talking about. I have rang Mytrendyphone.co.uk 3 times since and every time I called, they have been polite and helpful. I have used the company mytrendyphone.co.uk serveral times now cheaper than many offline shop you can on the streets. The delivery is depending on are your products in the storage or not and it can be transported from 3 to 5 days, but worth the wait if you want to save lots of money. Also I have shoped here for about four times, without a hitch. I ordered several games for my Nintendo Wii consoles, if you like strategies / combat games - CODE LYOKO QUEST FOR INFINITY at 18.90 GBP or SOULCALIBUR LEGENDS at 26.20 GBP you cannot go wrong!!! Disadvantages I have nothing negative to add

They have Nokia products that no one else have (or do have, but won't sell internationally). They accepted my international credit card and shipped it offshore without any problems. Great prices, shipping options are limited but adequately priced. Product shipped promptly and all the e-mails I sent to customer service were replied as soon as possible. International orders don't pay VAT so that's a plus. Only thing I didn't like was the fee on paying by credit card, but it canceled out with a 7% discount they give away to anyone who signs up for a free membership. If you're in the US and are ... more
