Advantages: Much more better video quality, control, and sound. Disadvantages: there is some disadventages but for starting its not so important.
...I played this game and i realy enjoyed it. At begining it was little hard to play, but after 2-3 weeks i started to understand about what unreal game it is. I like video quality of this game ofcourse it can be better. To play NBALIVE07 is much more harder than NBALIVE 06. So i recommend to play this game for players who haw experence in oldest NBALIVE parts. (03, 04, 05).
For beginners i can recommend at first to play NBALIVE 06 for 3-4 weeks and then just start to play NBALIVE07 on "ROOKIE"
This game is interesting because you can create yaour own player, who will be playing whit such stars like Tracy Mcgrady, S. O Neal, Kobe Bryant and other. And it is realy funny, because your player can be much more better than other NBA and All World superstars!!!

...This is the best NBA Street so far!! I've always loved the NBA Street series and I had to buy this game as soon as I had bought my PS3. To be quite honest I was expecting alot from this game following the previous excellent installment from EA Sports and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The controls can be a bit tricky at the beginning but as soon as you get passed that the game is first class! Graphics are amazing and the soundrack is great for hip hop fans. All the greats are on there. Even if your not an NBA fan this game is still amazing. Some the moves you can pull off just leave you wide eyed! They will hook you in straight away. Especially the new dunk off someones back move. This is just like NBALive but with more flavour and fun. No more stupid foul calls for no reason. This game must be bought!...

...and notice that the game offered some nice modes of play and one in particular I really enjoyed was the street ball. Reminds me of why I liked the original NBA Street so much. Animations are super smooth during this mode and reminded me of the Globe Trotters with some of the moves.
The found that while the Ai seemed to be fairly good, that for some reason I tended to land most 3 pointers. Not a big complaint and I'm not even sure what difficulty I was on but after playing Live and sucking big time at it, it was nice to have a fair playing field, even for someone who sucks at these types of games.
So, the game offers a good selection of modes and it also offers on-line play, which I didn't get a chance to access. Actually, I have no clue how the PS3 is on-line but maybe some day I will know. I will say that compared to Madden 07 this game has...
