...Having never bought a basketball game before I thought I would try this one out and the £17.99 price tag aided the decision to buy. I dont really watch basketball and wouldn't class myself as a fan and this probably hindered me when attempting to play.
The first thing you notice, in my opinion, is the somewhat sub-standard graphics - I really would expect better from an X-Box 360 title. Nevertheless, it is still ok and the game is quite enjoyable when you get going. Given my limited knowledge of the game I find myself out of depth in some areas and really only play it with the ultimate goal of converting more baskets that the opponent, and lack the tactical gyle that I have when playing a football game. As you can imagine, there is only so much depth to a basketball game and it does become very repetitive at time bearing in mind...

Advantages: good gameplay and dunk contast rocks Disadvantages: bad and hard controls
...its the best nba ever (even better than 2008) i loved it and i loved the 3D and the dunks. the bad thing is the controls are very complex but the game play is awsome especialy the dunk contast so i loved it all exept the controls i advise any one to buy it and i playing it . i once played it for more than 10 hours nonstop it is very exiting and i enjoyes it very much. EA sports did this game very good and i thank them all for this great game and although i'm not a NBA fan i played and enjoyed it and i plyed with the lackers they are the best team ever ( i think so) and so i recomend this game for nba fans and game lovers....

Advantages: Much more better video quality, control, and sound. Disadvantages: there is some disadventages but for starting its not so important.
...I played this game and i realy enjoyed it. At begining it was little hard to play, but after 2-3 weeks i started to understand about what unreal game it is. I like video quality of this game ofcourse it can be better. To play NBALIVE 07 is much more harder than NBALIVE 06. So i recommend to play this game for players who haw experence in oldest NBALIVE parts. (03, 04, 05).
For beginners i can recommend at first to play NBALIVE 06 for 3-4 weeks and then just start to play NBALIVE 07 on "ROOKIE"
This game is interesting because you can create yaour own player, who will be playing whit such stars like Tracy Mcgrady, S. O Neal, Kobe Bryant and other. And it is realy funny, because your player can be much more better than other NBA and All World superstars!!!

i got this game today and i think it is a great game, it has good gameplay, grapics are good, and the songs are good. As soon as i got home i played it for 2 hours and had so much fun. the differnet game modes are, a normal game, a season , or you can do more
