It is also narrow allowing you to position it far enough away as to reduce the strain on your eyes. The old CRT screens were so large that you could only push them away so far untill the back hit the wall. I would recommend this as the colour produced seems good and bright. It has a headphone socket fitted to the front of the monitor which is useful if you dont want to use the speakers.
