NEC NP01LP - projector lamp

Budget priced projector fits the bill

Advantages: Excellent value for money
Disadvantages: No fancy features

I was tasked with finding a digital projector for work and it was left to me to source something reasonably priced that we could use for the occasional presentation. It didn't need to be flashy just something which would do the job and have a reasonable output. I looked around various sites and ended up looking around the Misco site as I have used them in the past and been happy with their service and they do stock a fairly wide range. I found the NEC NP100A on there which is an SVGA Projector with 2000 ANSI lumens at a price of £249.99 (£287.49 inc VAT). It looked like it would fit the bill so I placed my order. Really BIG lava lamp.

Advantages: Huge. Soothing. Good value.
Disadvantages: Takes forever to heat up.

A lava lamp is, in principle, very simple. It consists of a lamp, which heats up a glass bulb filled with a waxy solid and a liquid. These cannot mix together and must have very similar densities. As the solid heats up, its density is lowered, so it rises. This cools it down and it then falls to the bottom of the lamp, creating a strangely soothing effect. In practice, making one yourself would involve messing about with expensive and perhaps flammable chemicals, so I wouldn't bother trying. It is much easier just to buy one yourself. The Giant Grande Lava Lamp comes in two colours yellow and blue or yellow and violet. It is truly enormous at 27" and is guaranteed to be a focal point in your room. Lava Lamps

Advantages: Cute, Entertaining

hey, So here is some info on Lava lamps: . lava lamps are so cute, cool and are so pretty and are the perfect finishing touch to your room x x x I always love to just sit and watch lava lamps x there so entertaining to watch and look at x I personally love the ones with bubbles but they take a really long time to melt and get started! where as the glitter lamps take much less time to get started and they are just so cute ( the way they sparkle x). Lava lamps are so interesting, but they can get really, very hot, so be careful !! Lava lamps come in all different colors so it's up to you to decide what one suits you the most!!! Have you got one?
