This adaptar has a few faults, but also some very good points. Looking at it, you'll notice that it's very portible so it's always easy to carry, like a pen drive
Since ive had it (2 months now) It hasn't brocken down once, but it certainly heats up which worried me slightly but it didn't seem to effect its performance so i guessed that was normal.
Also, i must mention this is NOT compatible with windows vista, i made that mistake buying another for my laptop which i installed vista on, i was there for hours and hours trying to find vista drivers for it without success. Consiquently, i emailed netgear and they said they didn't currently have any drivers and that i should purchase the WG111v2, so i did and that worked fine.

A good, affordable & portable adaptar but doesn't work with vista and can get mighty hot.
