...A short review on my NetgearWG111T 108 Mbps Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter, Its a wireless way of connecting to the internet when the main router is downstairs or in another room.
When I switched from using a DLINK wireless adaptor to the NetgearWG111T 108 Mbps one it was a great move. It took about 15 mins to set up, its user freindly, and it connects quickly once logged onto your computer.
Its a small compact silver design than can easily fit into your pocket, its about 1cm thick and 6cm in lenght (approx).
I've used it for about 4 months and its worked great not a single problem..yet! it cost around £25, if your not keen on spending £20 -£35 on a wireless adaptor you can go for its younger brother the "NetgearWG111 Wireless 54Mbps USB 2.0 Adapter for around £15. It looks a bit different to the one im reviewing and its connection...

...Firstly, this wirelessadapter is a good purchase for anybody who reqires to add wireless ability to their laptop or pc. Instalation is very easy with the supplied CD, which contains drivers and software for configuring the wirelessadapter. The software is a good alternative to the windows wireless wizard, and makes connecting to any wireless network an easy process.
The package includes a desktop stand, which meas you can locate the adapter anywhere convenient, or out of sight. The size of the USB adapter is small, and it looks smart. In terms of functionality the WG111T performs very well, it connects very quickly and maintains a connection to network uniterupted. It also has a high speed (108mbps) which allows fast file transfer. There is a convenient blue LED to inform you of the connection status.

...This product is actually some-thing that belongs to my Brother, so having see-ing it on here we went over it with a fine tooth comb to bring you this review.
The NetgearWG311 54 Mbps WirelessPCIAdapter in itself was very easy to install, simply slot the adapter into a vacant PCI slot on your PC screw secure and turn on the PC, the net gears installation Wizard does the rest, the adapter selects the best available connection and adapts its settings to match. NETGEAR's Smart Wizard user interface makes it easy to adjust and view the settings of your adapter: e.g. adding wireless security settings or checking wireless signal strength.
The adapter operates at a fast speed of up to 54 Mbps which to be honest doesn't mean that much to me, but take our word for it, it connects to the internet as fast as any PC I've used.
