I am not a farmer, but I have my insurance policy with NFU.

I have been with them for about 18 months. They provided me with by far the most competetive quote for my Subaru Impreza. The staff are always genuinely helpful, and the company has come accross to me as a very decent one.

I had to make a claim last year, and everything has been sorted out very well. There are some problems with the repairs, but the NFU are keen to resolve the problems and have kept me informed all the way.

They appointed a solicitor to recover my third party losses, and he has also been very good. All the communication is in plain English and prompt.
