Vegetarian , this is a magazine that Tesco produce . I have one issue here its the spring 2003 issue.
The first ever issue was available from June 2001 it is published seasonally spring, summer, Autunm. Winter. The copy I have cost me 75p a good price I think for a cookery mag.
This mag is glossy with shiny coloured pages. Lots of pictures of gorgeous veggie foods. .
The magazine is 55 pages Long, full of recipes and of course a few adverts.
I think I bought this when I had some veggie friends visiting and wanted some new ideas.
There is a recipe for a pea risotto in it sounds nice and summery. There is a recipe for a country veg toad basically a Yorkshire pud with fried onions and a pkt of frozen veg added now I have cooked this it works, tasty. Non veggies can always have a serving of meat with it.

I'm a yogi and I have already practice yoga for many years.I am also a vegetarian.I enjoy the vegetarian diet ,it brings to me many good things.Yoga originated in the East,their opinions are agree to vegetarian will let you have a health body and a positive mind.
In the book--VegetarianFood-Diamond Referance Books,you can find all kinds of vegetarianfood.Some food are suit for old people,some food are suit for babies and there also have something suit for yourself.You can make something not only beautiful but also very delicous food for your love,your famliy,your friends and so on.
Eating vegetarain food have so many benefit.I believe,if you have a try,and,what's more,you can persever in having it,soon you will surprise to see the changes.Then you will feel really very great.

It was with a certain amount of schadenfreude that I approached this book. Even before I cracked the cover, I knew what it was about, and had ideas of the horror stories it would tell. And I for one knew that I would enjoy it in a way only those who have never, ever, eaten a fast food burger can. (For the record, I am vegetarian, but don’t eat the rabbit food often associated with this dietary choice. I’m more of a chocolate and bread kinda girl, but that as a title wouldn’t have had the same appeal, would it?)
