Euphoric Clary Sage

Advantages: Euphoric, Uplifing, Good for skin.
Disadvantages: Definetly avoid with alcohol

Clary Sage is definetly regarded as one of the more female essential oils particulary is uses for PMT. The most effective way to benfit from this oil is by adding it to your bath water or blending it in a carrier oil and applying to the skin. it blends very well with lavender.It definetly is one of those oils you can like one minute and hate the other, this is probably more due to your hormone levels and mood at that point. a jar of fresh sage in sunflower oil and leave for a couple of weeks. Sage and Rosemary burnt on the barbeque whilst cooking will add some lingering flavours to the meat and make the place smell fresh and remind you of woodlands. Advantages: Can be used for loads of purposes
Disadvantages: Take to much and it can have potential toxic effect
